    Our 3rd party continues to work on the fibre issue at present, we have been given an ETA of 4-5pm for restoring your service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Our 3rd party have identified fibre damage and a new cable is needed to repair the service. A cable team is currently now on site trying to restore the damaged fibre as soon as possible. We should have a further update or restoration later this afternoon and will update our status page once further information is available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Our 3rd party have engineers attending site this morning at 9am with the caretaker on site aswell. We will update our status page once further information is available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Our 3rd party attended again today however was unable to gain access to the comms room where our equipment is housed. We are now trying to engage with the property agent to ensure our 3rd party can gain access to the relevant room. We currently have no eta on this matter and appreciate the patience.     3rd Party Engineers attended the site yesterday however was unable to gain access to our comms room. We will work with our 3rd party again today to ensure we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.
