Our engineers have attended site, identified the fault, and resolved the issue. The cause was a power issue affecting our equipment. We have been monitoring since the site came back online and have seen no further interruptions. Services should now be operating normally. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have been made aware that the fault is a fibre issue further up in our carriers network, we have been told field engineers have been deployed and are due at the affected area by 5pm. Services should restore automatically once they have resolved this issue. We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
