Dear Customers. We recently identified an issue affecting the provisioning of new customer routers supplied by Icotera. This impacted the following models: 4850 4862 4882 During provisioning, Wi-Fi credentials were not being applied correctly. This issue has now been fully resolved. What you may need to do: If you have recently connected to the network and are experiencing difficulty accessing your Wi-Fi using the credentials provided, please follow these steps: - Perform a factory reset of your router. - Once completed, allow up to 15 minutes for the device to download updates and apply configuration. - Reconnect using the credentials provided to you. If you continue to experience any issues after completing the above steps, please contact our Customer Support Team, who will be happy to assist. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved. -- NOC Team
