Incident Monitored +12hr. 3rd party network card had ceased up. Following repairs of this service has been stable.

Our 3rd party have identified and resolved the issue. We are now monitoring to see if this has fully restored service. We will revert back to the status page once we have concluded monitoring for over 12-24 hours and either close the incident or continue to push the 3rd party to resolve the issue should it continue to drop.

We continue to push our 3rd party for additional updates. We have also escalated the issue externally and internally to push for a permenant fix. We will revert back to the status page once we have this information.
