We have engaged with the sparky onsite. They have advised us the fibre internal and external has been damaged by onsite contractors. We are now tasking our 3rd party teams to engage with repairs. Given the extent of the damage we can not give an ETA as to when your internet will be back online. We will update our status page once further information is available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
