Dear Customers, We are aware of an issue for some customers on site. We believe this is affecting some customers at Phase 2 currently and our engineer is on the way with an ETA of 14:35pm. We believe on site contractors have potentially caused some damage within the cabinet and this is the reason service is down. We will update our status page once further information is available.     Dear Customers, Engineers have been booked for 9am tomorrow morning with new equipment to restore the remaining customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Dear Customers, We have resolved the majority of the service however some customers may still be without internet. Due to the works on site, damage has been caused to one of our pieces of equipment and a replacement is required however we will need to order this part in and replace. We will attempt to resolve customers within the next working day but this depends on how quick we can get the part. We will update our status page once we have more information on the matter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
