Dear Customers, This incident has now been resolved. Our third-party engineers were investigating a proactive issue that we identified yesterday. Engineers attended site yesterday but unfortunately tested the incorrect equipment due to a misunderstanding. They re-attended today to investigate the correct equipment, successfully identified the proactive issue, and resolved it. During the testing, an additional issue was identified, which has also now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
