Engineers from the 3rd party attended yesterday and replaced equipment. We are now monitoring further from here for another 24 hours.

We have re-engaged with our 3rd party as this development is still experiencing intermittency in service. We will update our status page once further information is available.

3rd party engineers have attended site and the issue is now resolved. We are awaiting confirmation of what caused the fault and therefore we will continue to monitor for 24 hours.
